This Release and Waiver of Liability (the “Release”) executed for events for Reach 4 Your Dreamz INC., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Georgia and each of its directors, officers, employees, agents (collectively, the “Corps”) and any partnering organizations. Release and Waiver: I, the Volunteer do hereby release and forever discharge and hold harmless Reach 4 Your Dreamz INC. and its successors and assigns from any and all liability, claims and demands of whatever kind or nature, either in law or in equity, which arise or may hereafter arise from the services I provide to Reach 4 Your Dreamz INC. I understand and acknowledge that this Release discharges Reach 4 Your Dreamz INC. from any liability or claim that the Volunteer may have against Reach 4 Your Dreamz INC. with respect to any bodily injury, personal injury, illness, death, or property damage that may result from the services I provide to Reach 4 Your Dreamz INC., whether causes by the negligence of Reach 4 Your Dreamz INC. or its officers, director, employees or otherwise. Volunteer also understands that Reach 4 Your Dreamz INC. does not assume any responsibility for or obligation to provide financial assistance or other assistance, including, but not limited to medical, health, or disability insurance in the event of injury or illness. Photographic Release: Volunteer does hereby grant and convey unto of Reach 4 Your Dreamz INC. all rights, title and interest in any and all photographic images, video or audio recordings of me or my likeness or voice made by of Reach 4 Your Dreamz INC. including, but not limited to, any royalties, proceeds, or other benefits derived from such photographs or recordings.
