At GymKix, we believe one class isn’t enough to truly experience everything we offer—especially for new students! That’s why we skip trial classes and offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. We want you to feel like part of the GymKix family, so try us out for a full month! If it turns out we’re not the right fit for your child or the programs we offer aren’t quite what you're looking for, we’re happy to either transfer them to a new class or provide a full refund of their first month’s tuition.

GymKix membership is required to join all of our programs. Membership is just $45 for the entire family for the first year. This non-refundable fee covers a one-year membership, regardless of your month-to-month registration. Renew before it expires for only $25 per year after that. Tuition varies by program and class length. We accept monthly tuition through auto-debit only. Payments are processed on the 16th of each month. Our After School Program and Playful Pathways (Pre-School) are billed weekly. There is a 3.5% fee for credit card payments, but you can avoid this by paying with cash or check before the auto-draft date. Please note that locked cards will be charged an NSF fee of $25. If you use a card with a lock feature, please ensure it is unlocked for your tuition to avoid this fee.

We encourage parents to watch and support their child's learning journey. When designing our facility, we prioritized maximizing training space for the athletes while also providing plenty of viewing areas for parents. You can enjoy watching from our downstairs viewing windows and television, which offer views of the Big Gym, Discovery Gym, Studio A, and Studio B. For an elevated view, our upstairs viewing area includes windows for the Big Gym and Studio A, as well as televised viewing for Studio B. We kindly ask that while observing, you remain mindful not to distract the athletes, allowing them to stay focused and make the most of their time in class. Please remember that the upstairs viewing area is a QUIET ZONE. Children are permitted upstairs with a supervising adult.   There is no running, loud voices, or disrespectful behavior permitted.  If your child is unable to be respectful of others and sit quietly, we will ask you to leave the upstairs area.  Electronics must be MUTED or be used with headphones so as not to disrupt others in the viewing area.

At GymKix, all months are treated equally. We don’t charge extra for months with 5 classes, and we do not pro-rate, offer refunds, or provide make-up classes for holidays or inclement weather days. However, we understand that life happens—kids get sick, homework piles up, or you take a much-needed family vacation. To help with those situations, we offer limited make-up tokens when parents notify us of an absence before their child misses class. Please note, this does not apply to holidays or weather-related cancellations. To further support our families, we provide FREE coupons to offset missed classes, including a FREE Flip for Friday coupon ($20 value!) that can be used at any time while your family is an active GymKix member. Please keep in mind that GymKix doesn’t always follow the school holiday calendar. Be sure to check your email and our online calendar for the most current holiday closure information.

We don't require contracts, so canceling, changing, or pausing your classes is quick and hassle-free. You can easily make these updates online through your online Parent Portal. If you need any help, our front desk team is happy to assist!  We ask that all changes and cancellations be requested before the 16th of the month (when tuition is drafted) Example: If your family is moving in July and June will be your last month of classes, you will need to do your online class cancellation BEFORE June 16th to avoid being auto-debited for July classes.

You will not be required to purchase special "uniforms" to attend recreational classes at GymKix (except for Ninja Training Shirts if your child is in a Ninja Class).   Hair must be neatly pulled away from the face and no jewelry is permitted (except for stud earring and medical ID bracelets).  We will be emailing additional information and attire example pictures after you finalize your class request and registration.  All clothing/shoes can be purchased at GymKix or your local sports store. Gymnasts may wear a leotard or biketard.   Dance class attire will vary and includes, at a minimum, shoes, tights, and appropriate dance clothing.   Ninja Zone students will wear their Ninja Zone shirt and any style black athletic shorts. Early childhood classes (Explores, Tots, Littles) can wear any style athletic clothing.  Girls have the option to wear a leotard or biketard as well.

GymKix is a private, membership-based facility.  As we want every student to have the opportunity to try our classes, we offer a provisional membership for the first month to all new families enrolling at our facility.   The activities offered at GymKix are fast paced, loud, engaging, and energetic. We realize this type of environment is not a good fit for every student, therefore, the provisional membership allows families to ensure that GymKix is the right training facility for them. This also allows GymKix to ensure that a student is emotionally, physically, and mentally ready for our structured environment.  Due to the nature of the training offered at GymKix, safety is of utmost importance.  We have a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for unsafe behaviors at our facility.  This is non-negotiable as we must maintain a safe, productive environment for our staff and the students in our care. It is imperative that students involved in the activities at GymKix have the ability to follow directions and have age-appropriate control of their emotions.  Behaviors that pose a safety concern include, but are not limited to: - Uncontrolled outbursts/yelling/screaming - Refusal to follow directions/rules - Physical abuse towards themselves/students/staff members - Unconsolable fits/tantrums - Defiance or running away from class - Verbal abuse towards other students or staff members The provisional membership allows all students to try our classes with the understanding that they will not be permitted to continue taking classes if they display unsafe/distracting behaviors. If GymKix or the family feel that classes are not the right fit for them (for any reason) at any point during the first month, a full refund (class + registration fee) will be provided via a mailed check within 7-10 business days. Students are able to try classes again after 6 months.  If a student progresses past the provisional period, but displays any of the above behaviors in excess during their membership, the student will be removed immediately and a credit (full or prorated) for their current month will be provided. I acknowledge that I have read and understand the GymKix Provisional Membership Policy and Behavioral Guidelines:

All of the children and adults in my family (to include extended family) that may participate at any time, for any program, are included under this Registration & Release of Liability Waiver even if their name is not on the Registration Form at this time.  It will be my responsibility to inform them of the following information: In consideration of participating in the GymKix and The Ninja Zone programs, I represent that I understand the nature of this activity and that I am qualified, in good health, and in proper physical condition to participate in such activity. I acknowledge that if I believe event conditions are unsafe, I will immediately discontinue participation in the activity. I fully understand that this activity involves risks of serious bodily injury, including permanent disability, paralysis and death, which may be caused by my own actions, or inactions, those of others participating in the event, the conditions in which the event takes place, or the negligence of the “releases”; and that there may be other risks either not known to me or not readily foreseeable at this time; and I fully accept and assume all such risks and all responsibility for losses, cost, and damages I incur as a result of my participation in the activity. I hereby release, discharge, and covenant not to sue GymKix LLC and The Ninja Zone, its respective administrators, directors, agents, officers, volunteers, shareholders and employees, other participants, any sponsors, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of premises on which the activity takes place, (each considered one of the “RELEASEES” herein) from all liability, claims, demands, losses, or damages, on my account caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the “releasees” or otherwise, including negligent rescue operations and future agree that if, despite this release, waiver of liability, and assumption of risk I, or anyone on my behalf, makes a claim against any of the Releasees, I will indemnify, save, and hold harmless each of the Releases from any loss, liability, damage, or cost, which any may incur as the result of such claim. I, the minor’s parent and/or legal guardian, understand the nature of the above referenced activities and the Minor’s experience and capabilities and believe the minor to be qualified to participate in such activity. I hereby Release, discharge, covenant not to sue and AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND SAVE AND HOLD HARMLESS each of the Releases from all liability, claims, demands, losses or damages on the minor’s account caused or alleged to have been caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the Releasees or otherwise, including negligent rescue operations, and further agree that if, despite this release, I, the minor, or anyone on the minor’s behalf makes a claim against any of the above Releasees, I WILL INDEMNIFY, SAVE AND HOLD HARMLESS each of the Releases from any litigation expenses, attorney fees, loss liability, damage, or cost any Releasee may incur as the result of any such claim. I further give my consent for GymKix and The Ninja Zone to use my child’s image from pictures taken of GymKix and The Ninja Zone activities and competitions, or for which myself or child modeled for, in marketing promotion materials. I understand that we will receive no compensation for the use of our image.  I have read the RELEASE AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT, understand that I have given up substantial rights by signing it and have signed it freely and without any inducement or assurance of any nature and intend it to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law and agree that if any portion of this agreement is held to be invalid the balance, notwithstanding, shall continue in full force and effect.   By entering this facility, you are aware that you agree to fully accept all known and unknown risks, including the potential risk of exposure to illness such as the coronavirus. The coronavirus is primarily transmitted via exhaled respiratory droplets, most often through coughing and sneezing. These droplets can travel up to six feet and are more commonly transmitted between persons rather than from equipment to persons.  Although we regularly sanitize our equipment, you understand that you may be exposed to illnesses/coronavirus or its symptoms through no fault of our own.  You understand and agree that you will hold us harmless and you will not hold us liable for any real or perceived symptoms of coronavirus or any other disease, illness, or condition, nor for exacerbating any existing symptoms, and you fully agree to accept all risks of entering the facility, using the equipment, working with GymKix staff, attending classes, and/or interacting or being exposed to other members.  I have read and understand the GymKix FAQ’s and Policies.  I understand the payment policies and that I must give a 30-day notice for class changes/cancellations.   I understand that I will receive e-mail updates that contain my monthly invoice, updates, and more.  I will do my best to ensure that the e-mails are not blocked so that I can be well informed of all the activities going on at GymKix.  I, the minor’s parent and/or guardian, understand that if my child requires maintenance medication or specific instructions for their disability/special need that a trained parent or guardian must remain in the building during my child’s class. I also understand that if my child has been medically diagnosed with a medical problem, disability or special need, I may need to have a doctor’s release form before my child’s first class.   It is my responsibility to bring the doctor’s release to the front desk.  My child may not be allowed to attend class, without refund, if I do not have the doctor’s release on file at GymKix.
