  • After submitting this online pre-registration form, we understand that we shall receive a separate email with the registration details submitted by our company. We need to do the following steps indicate in that email in order to complete the registration procedure with HAFFA:

    1. Print out this Registration Form (this entire email).

    2. Sign it with the authorized signature and company chop* 

    3. Please send us the payment on or before 31 Oct 2025 (Friday) by the following means:

    A. Company CROSSED cheque made payable to "Hongkong Association of Freight Forwarding and Logistics Ltd."; please mark "HAFFA Cocktail" on the back of the cheque and mail to "8/F China Hong Kong Centre, 122-126 Canton Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong.”
