(1) To approve and adopt the Balance Sheet and Accounts of HAFFA for the year ended 31st December, 2025 and the Committee and Auditors' Reports thereon. 通過及採納截至2025年12月31日為止的協會資產負債表及賬目，以及當中的執委會及核數師審計報告。
(2) To appoint Auditors of the Company Messrs. T. C. Ng & Co. C.P.A. Limited being eligible offer themselves for re-appointment. 續聘 "伍子材會計師事務所有限公司" 為協會的核數師。

Remark: According to the HAFFA Article no. 69, the 2026 AGM is not an election AGM, that said, no election of HAFFA Committee Members will be held in the 2026 AGM. Election of Committee Members will be held in the 2027 AGM (as all Committee Members shall be elected at every other AGM).
