After submitting this online pre-enrollment form, we understand that we shall receive a separate email with the enrollment details submitted by our company and we shall need to do the following steps indicated in that email in order to complete the enrollment procedure with HAFFA:
- We should receive my above pre-filled Enrollment Form in separate email (see Email 2 of 2]
- Print out that Enrollment Form (that entire Email 2 of 2).
- Sign it with the authorized signature with company chop.
- Send out duly signed Enrollment Form together with the company cheque within 1 week by post or by hand to HAFFA (8/F, China Hong Kong Centre, 122-126 Canton Road, Tsimshatsui; Tel: 27963121), which is regarded as final submission.

HAFFA will reserve a seat for you within 1 week if the class is available at the time of submission.
Letter of Acceptance with session details will be sent out by EMAIL Only to your assigned email address within 3 working days after the enrolment deadline, provided that your payment has been received by then.
