- Fill out and sign the contact information form (Booking Policy, Name, Phone#, Email, Loc Size, Reservation Fee.)

 First 4 inches of hair = $500 and $65 per additional inch of hair; for 8 inches of hair and more:
(Large) Microloc's - INSTALLATION                     $950.00 - 20% = $760

(Medium) Microloc's - INSTALLATION               $1,250.00 - 28% = $900

(Small) Microloc's - INSTALLATION            $1,500.00 - 33.3% = $1,000

1. Consultation and reservation fee are required prior to scheduling an installation.
2. Microloc's Installation fee includes the consultation, installation and first follow-up.
3. Microlocs are not cheap Sister-locs. Microlocs are 3x the size of Sister-locs.

PLEASE BE INFORMED of HairBaks BOOKING POLICY:

1. Clients must book with a $250 non-refundable Zelle or Cash App Reservation Fee and sign the HairBaks Booking Policy Agreement & Photography Policy.
2. All renervation fee will hold your appointment and be deducted towards the final cost of the service.
3. The remaining balance of service must be paid in Zelle or CASH.
4. Due to limited Space; therefore, we cannot accommodate any extra guests.
5. All loc clients, your hair must be clean and product-free, and thoroughly detangled.
6. Failure to show up unprepared will result in an additional charge of $45 for a wash and dry service.

      Traveling Fee Policy:

1. When booking make sure you TYPE or CLICK “MOBILE SERVICE” and put your address in the comment section.
2. All Uber / Lyft, and parking fees if parking isn’t available or limited will be included at the end of your service.
3. Customer must secure their pets away from the stylist until service is completed. ie: If the pet gets excited when seeing new people
4. Wait time is 30 mins after the appointment no answer will result in a cancelation fee.
    
   Cancellation Policy:
5. Clients have 72hrs (THREE days) before their appointment to cancel or reschedule. If not, 50% of the service will be charged for no-show and cancellation fees. And WILL NOT be able to get another date using the same deposit.
6. Also, there is a $25 late fee added charge for Showing up 1 minute after your 15 minutes grace period to your appointment.
7. Booking with me and Signing the client intake form means that you have read and understood the Agreement and Booking Policies above & within 72 hours (THREE days) look for to an email to set up a consultation:
