I understand that this is a general consultation intake form designed so that Tara can help me choose which New Client Session option that I'm best suited for. I understand that if I desire a more thorough explanation of the coloring process, or a detailed analysis of my current hair I will need to schedule an in-person consultation with her. I understand that by submitting this form it does not guarantee that my goal hair can be achieved in one session. I understand that by submitting this form it does not mean I have an appointment booked. I understand that average wait time to get on the schedule for a New Client Service is about 3-4 weeks.

After submitting this form you will hear back from me in 24-48 hours (Tuesday through Saturday all forms submitted Sunday and Monday will be replied to on Tuesdays) we will send you a quick recap on what appointment session would work best for you! If you're wanting a more in depth consultation or have any questions we can discuss it via email.
