Please arrive 2–3 minutes before your scheduled time to check in and prepare for your session. Sessions begin and end on time to maintain a smooth flow for all participants. If arrival is delayed or 5 or more minutes late, your session time may be reduced or forfeited to stay on schedule and accomodate fill-ins as needed.

If you need to transfer or swap time slots with another participant, please update or remove your original appointment in the booking system so another guest may use that time.
