Harford County Education Foundation is dedicated to providing educational resources for local students in need by ensuring each child has appropriate school supplies to participate in learning on the first day of school and throughout the school year. With 1 in 3 children eligible for the Free and Reduced Meals program - a federal program serving children in poverty - there are over 14,000 youth across the county without adequate tools to achieve personal success.
