Are you ready to take your sport aerobics to the next level?

HSQUAD, our Harriman DSAF competition team, is holding tryouts for the upcoming season! Whether you’re an experienced elite athlete or you’re brand new to sport aerobics, we have a place for you. We are looking for dedicated athletes of all levels, from ages 5 to adult, who are ready to learn and work hard.

HSQUAD offers a range of competition opportunities, including competing in teams, pairs, trios, and solos. This is your chance to jump in, show off your skills, and become part of our incredible family!
