FOOT RESTS - (in good condition and not binding on pivot)
THROTTLE - (self closing and operational)
EXHAUST/SILENCER/NOISE - (in good condition and meets sound emissions as listed in the MoMs)
HELMET - (in good condition and meets standards listed in the MoM. no camera mounts)
PROTECTIVE CLOTHING - (in good condition and suitable for competition)
NO REGISTRATION PLATE ATTACHED TO MACHINE
TYRES - (not to be a paddle tyre as per Supplementary Regulations)
I acknowledge that the onus of presenting a safe machine that is compliant with the Manual of Motorcycle Sport remains my sole responsibility throughout the duration of the event, as identified by dates included on event permit, and that the machine and safety gear presented on Friday 3rd July, will be the machine and safety gear that I present to race day.
NOTE:
1. All riders helmets must be presented at sign on for the inspection.
2. Random scrutineering will be conducted on machines and rider safety gear across all classes throughout the event.
3. Incomplete forms will not be accepted.
4. When required, both rider and parent or guardian must sign this form for it to be considered complete.
5. One scrutineering sheet must be provided per machine.
6. By signing this form, I acknowledge that I have read, understand and accept the conditions on the indemnity provided for motorcycle activity, and that I fully understand the Supplementary Regulations of the 2026 Millewa Quarries Hattah Desert Race
