Corrections and/or additions to the player's Roster must be made prior to the start of the team’s first game. Changes/corrections to uniform numbers must also be completed prior to the team’s first game.

ONLY ONE NUMBER (1-99) IS ALLOWED FOR EACH PLAYER, REGARDLESS OF UNIFORM COLOR OR STYLE.

VIOLATIONS OF THE ABOVE WILL RESULT IN THE FORFEITURE OF THE SET(S) DURING WHICH THE VIOLATION OCCURRED.
Entry Fee Information

Option 1: $600 (Entry Fee Only)

Option 2: Sell 40 Concert Tickets at $25/per ticket (Total $1000)

• Includes up to 12 Tournament Shirts

• Includes up to 12 Concert Tickets

• $10 Per Additional Shirt/Tickets

***Please note that teams are responsible for unsold tickets!**

If a player does NOT participate in a pool play game, they will be ineligible to play during the playoffs and/or championships.

College (current and former, depending on how long ago they graduated), international, and professional players MUST play in the AA/Opens division. If you are unsure, please contact me via email @ knamoku@gmail.com
