You will learn the copper foil technique and your project will be ready to take home with you at conclusion of the class. Must be at least 12 years old to participate.

Learn all about sourdough techniques with us! Sweet Thyme Breads & Treats will provide a demonstration, and participants will learn hands-on how to properly shape a boule loaf of sourdough bread, try 3 different folding techniques, and learn scoring styles and techniques. There will be several optional ingredients to fold into your loaf that you shape. Participants will leave with a loaf to take home to bake, and a packet with instructions to follow!
