Background Screening Application

This service is provided as a convenience to potential renters. We are not (or work on behalf) of any LANDLORD, LESSOR, SUB-LESSOR OR GRANTOR and do not make any decisions on rental applications.

This platform is an optional service to help renters streamline their application process by providing their personal data, documentation and screening reports at the same time to potential landlords using a bank-level secure platform.

You may request an application from the potential landlord and make other arrangements to provide any documentation and screening reports to the landlord.

New York Residents:
 
The Housing Stability and Tenant Protection Act of 2019 §238-A, provides alternative methods of providing applications, documentation and reports to LANDLORD, LESSOR, SUB-LESSOR OR GRANTOR. 
 
We are a third-party service provider. You have the right to provide the landlord, lessor, sub-lessor or grantor your application and other documents directly.

Payment by major credit card is required prior to submission of request.

Please verify with your landlord or real estate professional which reports they require.  We cannot issue refunds if you order the incorrect reports.  

Pricing for using the application

$12 - applies to all applications using this service.

Pricing for credit reports

$20 - per applicant (Experian only).

We can order upon request Transunion or Equifax. 

Pricing for eviction history searches  

$22 per state.

$220 for nationwide.

HCH Global Risk Management Solutions is only a provider of information and does not assist in any way in making any decisions on whether a landlord or other party chooses to rent/lease or extend any other benefit to to the applicant.

The fees charged are non-refundable as it is to cover the cost of obtaining the requested screening reports and for use of the platform. By submitting the application, you authorize the disclosure of the results of your screening investigation and reports obtained with the landlord or broker who referred you.
