    Topics include:

    ·     A quick introduction to Emotion Coaching

    ·     Understanding anxiety

    ·     Challenging anxious thinking

    ·     Strategies for anxious moments

    ·     Common anxiety traps

     

  • Cost: FREE 


    Who: Parents and carers of young people aged 12 - 18 years. 


    When: Thursday 28th of April, 5th of May and 12th of May from 6pm-8pm 

    Where
    : Online via Zoom 

     

    * groups are limited in size, therefore sometimes not all expressions of interest can be confirmed for the upcoming group. However, those who don't make the next group will be contated for groups in the future. 

    * for groups to go ahead, minimum numbers are required. Therefore in the instance where minimum numbers aren't met the group will not proceed.
