VENDOR APPLICATION FEE PAYMENT
Vendor application fee is $30.00 and must be paid in full online or by check by deadline.
1. Online payments can be made via Square. A link is available on the last page of the application, and will be sent to you in your confirmation email upon submitting your application. Application fees paid online are $30 plus 5% to cover processing fees.
2. If paying by check, make checks payable to Heart of Brevard, put the event name in the memo line.

VENDOR BOOTH FEES
The America 250 Celebration Craft & Retail Vendor booth fee is $125.00/per 10x10 space and vendors must be present for both Saturday, and Sunday.
ALL BOOTHS ARE IN 10' x 10' INCREMENTAL SPACES. You can purchase more than one space.
Think Local Transylvania County Craft & Retail vendor's fees are $100.00/per 10 x 10 space. Proof of residency within Transylvania County is required.
New in 2026...invoices will be provided upon acceptance. Invoices will be subject to a $50 late fee if payment is not received by April 4th.
Vendor fees are nonrefundable. No show/no call or early teardown will result in exclusion from future events. All vendor application fees are due by deadline for consideration.
