2025 Brevard's Halloweenfest Costume Contest Entry Form

Brevard's Halloweenfest Costume Contest:

1. Preregistration is required to participate.

2. Complete and submit the entry form by NOON on October 24th.

3. Arrive at the Main Stage (E. Main Street) at 11am on October 25th to check-in. You'll then get to strut your stuff before the judges before taking a loop around the festival area in a fun parade.

Competition Categories:

Best Character (Characters from TV Shows, Movies, Books, Comics, etc.)

Best Family/Group (2 or More People)

Best DIY Costume

Best Monster (Vampires, Mummies, Witches, etc.)

Best in Show

Competition Prizes

A 1st, 2nd and 3rd Place winner will be selected in each category. One contestant will be tapped as Best in Show and will win a fangtastic prize!

Photo ReleaseBy selecting YES below, I hereby agree to the terms & conditions of my participation in the event, as described in the linked document below. I hereby grant the releasee permission to use photographs and information I've provided in this form in any of the following: web-based publications, print advertisements, social media and organization newsletters. I hereby affirm that such release to the releasee does not constitute any form of compensation, including royalties arising from the photographs, to my benefit. I understand and agree that photographs in the possession of the releasee shall become the property of the releasee. The use and publication of the photographs however, shall conform to my rights as a subject of said photographs.
