2026 Brevard's Halloweenfest Costume Contest Entry Form

Brevard's Halloweenfest Costume Contest:

1. Preregistration is not required, but is preferred to participate.

2. Complete and submit the entry form by 1:00pm on October 23rd.

3. Arrive at the Water Oak Suites parking Lot (123 E. Main Street) by 11am on October 24th for check-in and judging. You'll then get to strut your stuff before the judges before taking a loop around the festival area in a fun parade.

Competition Categories:

Best Character (Characters from TV Shows, Movies, Books, Comics, etc.)

Best Family/Group (2 or More People)

Best DIY Costume

Best Monster (Vampires, Mummies, Witches, etc.)

Best in Show

Competition Prizes

A 1st, 2nd and 3rd Place winner will be selected in each category. One contestant will be tapped as Best in Show and will win a fangtastic prize!

I hereby grant the releasee permission to use photographs and information I've provided in this form in any of the following: web-based publications, print advertisements, social media and organization newsletters.
