Mazuma Community Room Requirements and Agreement
We're thrilled to offer you the use of Mazuma’s Community Room! To ensure a fantastic experience for everyone, please take a moment to review and agree to the following conditions:
Community Use: Our community room is here for businesses, community, civic, or nonprofit organizations. Usage is at the sole discretion of Mazuma Credit Union, and we cannot accommodate political, religious, or personal events.
Alcohol-Free Zone: To keep our space friendly for all, no alcoholic beverages are allowed.
Smoke-Free Environment: Our campuses are entirely smoke-free, so no smoking is permitted in the building or on the premises.
Pet Policy: Only service animals are allowed inside the building to ensure everyone's comfort.
Food and Drinks: You’re welcome to serve food and non-alcoholic beverages! Just keep in mind that our kitchen facilities are limited.
Clean-Up Duty: We kindly ask that you clean the premises and dispose of any trash immediately after your event. Let’s keep it tidy for the next group!
Responsibility for Damages: You agree to take full responsibility for any damages during your event, including clean-up and pest control from food or beverage residue.
A/V Equipment: Need audio-visual equipment? It’s available at our HQ Community Room, and a Credit Union representative will be happy to assist with any questions.
Capacity Limits: Ensure your event does not exceed the specified attendee limit for the Community Room. Let's keep everyone comfortable! Depending on your setup, this versatile room can host between 40 and 120 people.
Liability Waiver: For everyone's safety, Mazuma Credit Union is not liable for any injuries or property damage claims from your guests or invitees. By using our community room, your organization releases Mazuma Credit Union, its employees, officers, and volunteers from any related claims or damages.
Please confirm your understanding and agreement to these requirements by signing this agreement. We need a signed agreement on file, and approval must be provided before we can reserve the space for your use.
