• Application form for Heatons Arts Trail Christmas Pop Up 2026

    Please provide as much information as possible in the application form. By submitting your name, images and medium, you agree to these being used in the promotion of our 2026 event. All other answers provided may be used in our promotional communications regarding the trail, and shared on our website or our social channels: Facebook or Instagram. All will be credited to you, to promote your work and the trail. By submitting this application form, you agree to these terms.

  • The artistic medium given must represent what you will be selling at our events.

    As there is always a lot of jewellers applying if you have an element of jewellery in your body of work, please give details below. It is important to us to curate a balanced Trail and Pop up.

  • Christmas Pop Up

    Saturday - 5th December

  • The Christmas pop up will take place at St Paul's Church Hall, St Pauls Road, Heaton Moor. 

    Fee £70. 

    The space allocated for each artist will be approximately 6x2 foot. A chair per table will be provided.

  • Please upload 3 good quality images of your work. Name the files by your name followed by number 1-3. Image 1 must be of 300dpi resolution and be your catalogue entry image.  Please note files over 1MB will not upload

  • An invoice for the event/s will be sent if your application has been successful. If the fee is not paid by the deadline outlined in the selection letter, we regret we will offer your space to someone on our waiting list. The fee is non-refundable if an artist chooses to pull out at a later date.

  • If selected, artists will be requested to have sufficient Public Liability insurance.

  • I have valid Public Liability Insurance*

  • Many thanks for applying to take part in this year's Heatons Arts Trail events and good luck! We endeavour to let everyone know the outcome within two weeks of the application deadline.
