Double-occupancy booking note:

Double-occupancy rooms must be booked with a travel companion.

HOWEVER, If you wish to be paired with a roommate, you must book a single-occupancy room and request a roommate placement in the note section below.

If a roommate match is found by MARCH 25TH, 2027, your total will be adjusted to the double-occupancy rate for your selected room category, and I'll send an updated invoice reflecting the difference before your balance is due.

No one books a retreat intending to cancel it, but unexpected events do happen.

MOST IMPORTANTLY: The deposit due today to save your spot is NON-REFUNDABLE, with no exceptions.

If you're based in the US, I highly recommend subscribing to a Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) travel insurance policy to protect your investment.
