    Welcome to Her Pace and Space, a women-centered wellness community built through movement, connection, and community. By completing this form, you’ll officially join our community and complete the participation waiver required for all current and future Her Pace and Space events, including but not limited to run club, Pilates, walks, wellness nights, biking, hiking, social events, camping trips, workshops, and other community activities.     PARTICIPATION WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY


    1. Assumption of Risk I understand that participation in Her Pace and Space events and activities, including but not limited to running, walking, Pilates, strength training, stretching, biking, hiking, camping, water activities, wellness events, workshops, social gatherings, outdoor activities, travel-related activities, and future community events including recreational sports and similar activities, involves inherent risks of injury, illness, accidents, falls, weather-related conditions, and other risks associated with physical activity and public or outdoor environments. I voluntarily choose to participate and assume all risks related to my participation, including personal injury, loss or damage to personal belongings, and any other harm that may result.


    2. Physical Readiness I certify that I am physically able to participate and understand that I am responsible for monitoring my own health and limitations. I understand that I should stop participation immediately if I experience pain, dizziness, discomfort, or medical concerns.


    3. Release of Liability I release and hold harmless Her Pace and Space, Lumi Pilates LLC, event hosts, volunteers, ambassadors, instructors, contractors, venue partners, and affiliated individuals from any and all liability, claims, demands, injuries, damages, losses, or causes of action arising from my participation in any activities, including loss of personal belongings, accidents, injuries, or medical expenses sustained during or in connection with any event. I understand that Her Pace and Space is not responsible for any harm, loss, damages, or medical bills that occur during participation, and I join all activities at my own risk.


    4. Outdoor & Environmental Risks I understand that some activities may occur outdoors and may involve uneven terrain, weather conditions, transportation, travel, water environments, or public spaces. I voluntarily assume those risks as well.


    5. Dogs, Strollers & Children I understand that dogs, strollers, and children are welcome at select Her Pace and Space events. I accept full responsibility for the safety and behavior of my dog, child, or stroller during participation. Her Pace and Space is not liable for any incidents involving pets, children, or equipment brought by participants.


    6. Refund Policy I understand that event fees and ticket purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by Her Pace and Space.


    7. Age Requirement I confirm that I am 18 years of age or older.


    8. Photo & Video Release I grant permission for Her Pace and Space to use photos and videos taken during events for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes without compensation.


    9. Community Standards I understand that I am responsible for my personal belongings and agree to contribute to maintaining a respectful, supportive, and safe community environment.
