This series is about more than vending. It’s about connection, visibility, and showing what’s possible when artists take up space — especially in places that don’t always center them.

✅ Before You Submit: A Few Things to Know

We like to keep things honest, low-key, and upfront — here’s what you’re agreeing to when you join us:

• All payments are final. Once you grab your spot, it’s yours. If something comes up, you can transfer it to another artist — just keep us in the loop.
• We’re a rain-or-shine event. If weather gets wild and we need to cancel, we’ll reach out directly. Otherwise, come layered, grounded, and ready for anything.
• Power access isn’t guaranteed. We’ll do our best to hook you up if you request it, but it’s limited and shared across the plaza.
• You’re responsible for your own setup and safety. No tents, no walls — just you, your table(s), and your creative energy.
• This is a pop-up, not a polished production. It might get gritty, windy, or weird — and that’s part of the magic.
