    We are so excited to have you at this year's yART Sale. Before we make it official, we need a few things from you. Fill this out completely and pay your booth fee by Sunday, March 29, to lock in your spot. Once it's paid, it's yours. A heads up β€” booth fees are non-refundable, so make sure you're ready to commit before you submit. If you have any questions at all, reach out at heyaudrey@heybefab.com. We've got you.

  • SECTION 2 β€” The Tax Stuff

  • We know β€” nobody loves this part. But Utah requires all vendors at special events to be registered for sales tax and we handle the registration for you. We just need a little info to get you set up.

    Everything you share here is used only to register you with the Utah State Tax Commission for a Special Event Sales Tax ID. It will not be stored or shared for any other purpose.

  • We only promote vendors through Instagram. If you don't have an Instagram account you will not be included in social media spotlights.

  • SECTION 4 β€” Booth Setup & Equipment

    Please read this section carefully. You are responsible for bringing everything you need to set up your space. Nothing is provided.
  • All vendors must bring:

    • TablesΒ 
    • Chairs
    • Weights β€” required for all setups regardless of size
    • Any display materials, signage, or lighting (battery-powered only β€” no electricity available)


    Shade is required for all vendors

    10x10 booth vendors must bring a 10x10 tent with weights. Your tent must fit within your 10x10 space β€” if you arrive with something larger you will be required to replace it that day at your own expense.

    6x4 table vendors must bring adequate shade that fits within your 6x4 space β€” a small tent or large umbrella. If you arrive with a shade structure larger than 6x4 you will be required to replace it that day at your own expense. If you don't have one you can add a 6x4 tent rental to your order at checkout for $15 (limited to 15 β€” first come first served)

  • Booth sharing is only available between two vendors who have both received an official acceptance into this year's market. If your booth partner wasn't accepted, your spot is yours alone β€” we can't make exceptions to this. Sharing with someone outside the accepted vendor list may result in removal from the event and could affect your eligibility for future markets.

    The yART Sale is for everyone and we mean that. If there's anything we can do to make sure you can show up and participate fully, just tell us.
  • SECTION 6 β€” A Few Things to Agree To

  • We tried to keep this readable, but please read every word. By submitting this form you are entering into a binding agreement with Hey Be Fab and the yART Sale.

    Payment & Refund Policy All booth fees are final and non-refundable under any circumstances, including personal emergencies, illness, or scheduling conflicts. Failure to submit payment by Sunday, March 29, 2026 will result in forfeiture of your accepted vendor spot. If you cancel your participation after payment has been received, your fee will not be returned. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in permanent ineligibility for future Hey Be Fab events.

    Event Cancellation & Weather The yART Sale is an outdoor event held rain or shine. Hey Be Fab reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the event at any time due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, public health emergencies, or venue issues. In the event of cancellation or rescheduling by Hey Be Fab, vendor payments will be credited toward a future event. Hey Be Fab assumes no liability for any losses, travel costs, lost revenue, or damages incurred by vendors as a result of event cancellation, postponement, or modification.

    Booth Placement & Assignment Booth assignments are made at the sole discretion of Hey Be Fab. Location preferences submitted through this form are considered but not guaranteed. Hey Be Fab reserves the right to reassign booth locations at any time before or during the event. Vendors will be notified of their booth assignment prior to October 10, 2026.

    Sales Tax & Compliance Each vendor is solely responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local tax laws, including but not limited to the collection, reporting, and remittance of Utah sales tax. Hey Be Fab will assist vendors in obtaining a Utah Special Event Sales Tax ID but assumes no responsibility for any vendor's tax obligations, filings, penalties, interest, or fees. Failure to comply with Utah tax law is the sole responsibility of the vendor.

    Liability β€” Property & Belongings Hey Be Fab and the yART Sale assume no responsibility for any lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed goods, inventory, equipment, or personal belongings before, during, or after the event. Vendors participate at their own risk and are encouraged to take appropriate measures to secure their property.

    Liability β€” Personal Injury & Safety By participating in this event, each vendor acknowledges and agrees that Hey Be Fab, its organizers, volunteers, and affiliates are not liable for any personal injury, bodily harm, accident, or health-related incident occurring on or near the event grounds. Vendors are solely responsible for the safe setup, operation, and breakdown of their booth. All tents and shade structures must be properly weighted at all times. Hey Be Fab reserves the right to require immediate removal of any booth setup deemed unsafe, without refund.

    Booth Setup & Space Vendors must confine all displays, signage, and equipment to their designated booth space. Any setup that exceeds the allotted space dimensions will be required to be reduced immediately. Hey Be Fab is not responsible for providing any setup materials including but not limited to tables, chairs, weights, tents, or power. Electricity is not available at this event.

    Booth Sharing Booth sharing is permitted only between two vendors who have each received official written acceptance into the 2026 yART Sale. Sharing booth space with a vendor who has not been officially accepted is a violation of these terms and may result in immediate removal from the event. Removal under these circumstances does not entitle either vendor to a refund.

    Conduct Vendors are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner toward fellow vendors, attendees, volunteers, and Hey Be Fab staff at all times. Hey Be Fab reserves the right to remove any vendor from the event at any time, without refund, for conduct deemed disruptive, harmful, discriminatory, or inconsistent with the values of the yART Sale community.

    Media & Promotional Use By submitting this form, the vendor grants Hey Be Fab and the yART Sale a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the vendor's submitted bio, photo, business name, and Instagram handle for promotional purposes across social media, marketing materials, and event communications. Hey Be Fab will make reasonable efforts to tag the vendor's Instagram account when featuring their content.

    Amendments Hey Be Fab reserves the right to amend event details, policies, or programming at any time. Vendors will be notified of material changes via email. Continued participation in the event following notification constitutes acceptance of any amended terms.

    Acknowledgment By checking the box below and submitting this form, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you are a minor participating with the full knowledge and consent of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these terms on your behalf, that you have read and understood all terms and conditions stated above, and that you agree to be bound by them.
