Do you attend a local church or local fellowship?*

I do not require fasting before a session, BUT fasting is an incredible weapon against the enemy and I do recommend it. I highly suggest fasting for 1 or more days before the session (including the day of the session). This can be a Daniel fast, or it can be a normal fast (no food, only water). If you do fast, make sure you spend quality time with God every day that you fast (I suggest an hour or longer with the Lord). With all this being said, are you going to fast? If so, how and for how long?*
