    Step behind the scenes of Austin’s most exciting race weekends! Please fill out this form to express your interest in joining the staff and helping create an exceptional experience for tens of thousands of athletes, families, and supporters at the Ascension Seton Austin Marathon and Spurs Austin International Half each year.

  • We’re hosting an information session for anyone interested in joining our part-time crew and being part of the team that brings Austin’s largest endurance event to life. Each year, the Austin Marathon welcomes over 300,000 attendees over the 3 day event, and the Spurs Austin International Half draws over 75,000 attendees, making these some of the biggest and most exciting gatherings in the running community.

    This session is a unique opportunity to gain insights into expo and event day operations, including packet pick-up, merchandise distribution, volunteer coordination, course operations, start line, festival crew, and creating a seamless, high-energy experience for thousands of attendees.

    Attendees will have the chance to ask questions, meet experienced staff, and learn what it takes to support the behind-the-scenes magic that makes these events run smoothly.
