Preparing for Passover
Do you find yourself each year saying "oh, is it Passover ALREADY?" Is this your first year celebrating any part of the 8 day festival? Are you curious about the preparations needed on personal and communal levels to get ready for the celebration of spring and liberation?
This 3-week class will offer two tracks at the same time:
Aleph, for learners looking for a 101 introduction and space to explore themes of Passover for the first time
Bet, for learners looking for in depth discussion of a few elements of Passover and room to engage with primary texts
All students are invited to bring a copy of the Passover haggadah to every session.
Classes will be at Homewood Friends Meeting, 3107 N Charles Street, in Charles Village.
Homewood Friends is wheelchair accessible. Please indicate any childcare needs below and we will do our best to support you and your family.
The cost for the three classes is $50 for members, $100 for non-members.
