注意事項
1) 比賽詳情及安排已刊登於本會網站: https://www.hkcaea.org/post/denmarkfeb2026，參賽者如有需要可瀏覽本會網站閱覽活動章程。
2) 比賽報名費用：
— 個人名義：港幣390元 / 作品
— 團體名義： 港幣350元 / 作品 （5名參賽者或以上）
3) 報名費用已包括由丹麥官方主辦單位所頒發的 [比賽證書] 及 [獎牌]。
4) 付款方式：銀行轉賬、轉數快或PayMe 【請於付款時備註參賽者英文姓名及聯絡電話】，上傳至表格。
5) 請於 2025年12月10日 或之前將參賽作品*上傳至比賽的「作品提交表格」。
6) 參賽者一經報名參賽，所有參賽費用均一律不獲發還。
7) 提交此「報名表格」後，參賽者會即時收到由系統發出的確認電郵。
*遞交表格前，請確保填寫的資料正確無誤。如因填寫錯誤資料導致相關獎項未能送達，本會概不負責。
Precautions
1) The contest details and arrangements have been uploaded to the Association's official website: https://www.hkcaea.org/post/denmarkfeb2026. Participants could access the official website to learn more, if necessary.
2) Registration Fees:
- Individual Entry: HKD390 per entry
- Group Entry: HKD350 per entry (for 5 or more participants)
3) The registration fee includes a competition [certificate] and [medal] awarded by the official organizing body from Denmark.
4) Payment method: Bank transfer / FPS / PayMe (Please remark participant name (English) and contact number when making payment).
5) Submit participants' entries on or before December 10, 2025 to the submission form.
6) The registration fee is non-refundable.
7) Participants will receive a confirmation email after submitting the online registration form.
*Please ensure the filled information is correct and accurate before submitting the form. The Association will bear no responsibility for not receiving relevant prizes because of incorrect information.
