注意事項
1) 在提交作品前，請確保已填妥比賽報名表格。如未填妥報名表格，作品提交將被視為無效。
2) 截止提交作品日期為 2025年12月10日，逾期提交均不獲處理。
3) 參賽作品檔案必須為有效檔案，否則將視為無效的參賽作品，本會概不負責。
4) 參賽作品檔案名稱應命名為［參賽者中文姓名_出生年份_組別］，例如：陳大文_2016_初小組。如檔案名稱未有符合要求，作品將有可能不獲接納。
5) 請確保參賽作品於正面完整拍攝，清晰可見，並沒有任何陰影遮蓋，避免影響作品評分。
6) 參賽作品一經提交，便不得作任何更改，版權亦會均屬本會所擁有。
7) 比賽結果將暫定於 2026年1月上旬 透過*電郵形式通知所有參賽者 (同日將公佈第二階段參展資格)。
8) 如有任何爭議，本會將保留一切比賽及獎項安排之最終決定權。

Precautions
1) Ensure that the registration form is submitted before submitting your individual entries. Otherwise, the submission of individual entries will be regarded as unsuccessful.
2) The submission deadline is December 10, 2025. No late submission will be accepted.
3) The submission file should be valid. The Association will bear no obligation for any unsuccessful submission.
4) The submission file should be renamed as [Participant’s name (Chinese)_Date of birth_Category] i.e. 陳大文_2016_Juniorprimary. Failure to fulfill the requirements might lead to an unsuccessful submission.
5) Ensure that individual entries should be completely photographed from the front, clearly visible, and without any shadows, so as not to affect the final score of the entries.
6) No amendments can be made after submission. The Association fully owns the copyright of all individual entries.
7) The competition results will be tentatively notified to all participants via *email in early January 2026 (The qualifications for the second stage of the exhibition will also be announced on the same day).
8) In case of any dispute, the Association reserves the right to the final decision.
