參賽者報名參加兩項比賽或以上，即可自動參與本會【二百元書券 Give Away】活動。［參賽者必須提交其參賽作品，以核實本活動資格］
（本會將抽出６名得獎者，活動得獎公佈日期為2026年1月25日，得獎者會有專人聯絡有關領獎安排。）
注意事項
1) 在提交資料前，請確保已填妥比賽報名表格。如未填妥報名表格，資料提交將被視為無效。
2) 截止提交資料日期為 2025年12月31日，逾期提交均不獲處理。
3) 參賽者須按照評審準則填寫各項資料及成績。
4) 所有資料描述需真實及詳細。
5) 本會將以隨機抽樣的方式對資料進行查核，並保留要求提交相關證明文件的權利，例如證書、成績單等，以確認所提供資料的真實性和準確性。若發現虛假資料，將取消參賽資格。
6) 參賽資料一經提交，便不得作任何更改。
7) 比賽結果將於 2026年1月17日 透過*電郵形式通知所有參賽者。
8) 如有任何爭議，本會將保留一切比賽及獎項安排之最終決定權。

Precautions
1) Ensure that the registration form is submitted before submitting your individual information. Otherwise, the submission of individual information will be regarded as unsuccessful.
2) The submission deadline is December 31, 2025. No late submission will be accepted.
3) Participants must fill in all information and scores according to the judging criteria.
4) All descriptions must be accurate and detailed.
5) The Association reserves the right to randomly request relevant supporting documents, such as certificates, transcripts, or photos, to verify the authenticity of the information. Any false information found will result in disqualification.
6) No amendments can be made after submission.
7) The results of the competition will be notified to all participants via *email on January 17, 2026.
8) In case of any dispute, the Association reserves the right to the final decision.
