    提交作品注意事項：

    a)依據本會提供之題目寫作，並下載大會提供的徵文表格上，列印在A4白紙上(21cmx29.7cm)；

    b)作品必須以網上方式提交，繳交作品均須填妥作品提交表，拍攝 / 掃描。

    截止報名日期 2025年6月9日

    公布結果日期 2025年7月11日

    This is the Entry Submission Form. Please make sure you have completed the following application form. Otherwise, the entry submission will be invalid.

    Guidelines for Entry Submissions:

    a) Please print out the essay paper provided by the Association on an A4 paper (21cm x 29.7cm) and write according to your participated topic on the paper.

    b) All entries must be scanned and submitted through the online entry submission form.

    Result Announcement: 11 July 2025

    作品檔案之文件名必須儲存為「組別編號_參賽者英文姓名_作品題目.jpg」

    File names of the entries should be saved in the following format "Division No._English Full Name_topic.jpg".

    機構代五名或以上的參賽者報名，參賽作品須上載至Google雲端，再提交連結至作品提交表格中，並在Google 雲端內，選擇「取得檔案共用連結」，確保「連結共用設定」已轉為「已開啟」，複製連結，並將連結拼貼於表格內。

    機構可下載大會提供的表格提交有關作品，連結如下：

  • C) 傑出培訓獎

    Outstanding Organization Award
    • 任何機構或導師推薦十位或以上參賽者(不包括老師)，可獲證書乙張；
    • 每名參賽者只可選擇推薦一名導師或一間機構；
    • 資料一經提交，不可更改；
    • 每位獲獎機構或導師最多獲發一張證書，並連同得獎參賽者一同發放。
    • Any institution or mentor recommending ten or more participants (excluding teachers) will receive one certificate.
    • Each participant can choose to recommend one mentor or one institution.
    • Once the information is submitted, it cannot be changed.
    • Each winning institution or mentor can receive a maximum of one certificate, which will be issued together with the winning participants.

  • D ) 最佳指導導師奬

    Outstanding Instructor
    • 參賽者如獲得冠軍，其指導老師能同時獲頒獎狀。
    • 每位獲獎導師最多將獲發一張獎狀。
    • 證書會隨參賽者一併寄出。
    • 參賽者必須完整填寫指導老師之資料，方符合領獎資格。
    • If a participant wins the championship, his or her instructor will also receive a certificate.
    • Each winning tutor will receive at most one certificate.
    • Certificates will be sent to the contestants.
    • Participants must complete the instructor's information to be eligible to receive the prize.
