  • 報名流程

    1）選擇您的參賽項目及樂曲

    2) 付款(PayMe/支付寶/轉數快/銀行轉賬)-將[ PIANO、參賽組別編號、參賽者姓名、聯絡電話 ]，如：[ PIANO、A106、CHAN Tai Man、聯絡電話 ]，標註於收據背後或成功付款截圖上-上載收據證明截圖 

    3）填妥此表格及上載參賽樂曲曲譜

    4) 歡迎加入whatsapp頻道以取得最新資訊

    *參賽者可以以不同曲目同時參加兩個組別(自選曲組/考級組)的比賽

    *所有資料請核對清楚，如有任何因填寫錯誤，而未可把賽果、獎項等事宜，發送給參賽者，本會不會因此而負上責任。

    Write the following information on the back of the receipt or on the payment screenshot:

    Example: [PIANO, A106, CHAN Tai Man, Contact Number]
    Upload a screenshot of your payment receipt as proof.

    3) Complete This Form and Upload the Music Score of Your Selected Piece

  • 傑出培訓奬

    • 任何機構或導師推薦 5 位或以上參賽者，可獲證書乙張；
    • 任何機構或導師推薦 10 位或以上參賽者，可獲獎盃乙個及證書乙張；
    • 證書或獎盃會隨參賽者一併寄出；
    • 必須於作品提交表格中同時填寫導師資料；
    • 如沒有填寫導師資料，則不獲頒發；
    • 截止日期後不設後補導師資料及補發奬項

    傑出導師奬

    • 凡獲冠軍的參賽者，其導師均獲得此獎項，不需額外申請；
    • 證書會隨參賽者一併寄出；
    • 如多於一位學生獲冠軍，證書只會頒發乙張；
    • 必須於作品提交表格中同時填寫導師資料；
    • 如沒有填寫導師資料，則不獲頒發；
    • 截止日期後不設後補導師資料及補發奬項

  • 學校/機構代報名，樂譜須上載至Google雲端，並以此格式命名「再提交至作品提交表格中，並在Google 雲端內，選擇「取得檔案共用連結」，確保「連結共用設定」已轉為「已開啟」，複製連結，並將連結拼貼於表格內。

    機構可下載大會提供的表格提交有關作品，連結如下：

    For school/institution registration, sheet music must be uploaded to Google Drive and named by using the following format: "CompetitionNumber_ParticipantName_SongTitle". Then, submit the files via the Work Submission Form. In Google Drive, select “Get shareable link”, ensure that link sharing is turned on, copy the link, and paste it into the form.

    Institutions may download the official form provided by the organizer to submit the relevant works. The link is as follows:
