    Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Youth and Children's Arts Festival 2026 - Season One- Overseas_Application and Submission

  • 提交作品注意事項：

    a) 按參賽組別進行不同形式之書法或繪畫或填色或攝影；

    b) 上傳作品以遞交；

    c) 填妥此作品提交表格，並輸入作品連結。

    d) 報名後，請留意電子郵箱將會有確認電郵通知（如未收到請查看傳宣/垃圾郵箱）；

    *所有資料請核對清楚，如有任何因填寫錯誤，而未可把賽果、獎項等事宜，發送給參賽者，本會不會因此而負上責任。

    Guidelines for Entry Submissions:

    a) Calligraphy, drawing, color, or film your entry piece according to the Division and Submission Guidelines;

    b) Upload your entry;

    c) Complete the Entry Submission Form and fill in the work link

    d) A confirmation email will be sent to your mailbox after submitting this form. Please check junk/ spam mail also if it is not seen in your inbox.

    *Please double-check all personal information and payment details before submission. If the results of the competition or prizes cannot be delivered due to incorrect information provided by participants, the Association shall bear no responsibility.

    • 推薦10位或以上參賽者：獲證書一張
    • 每名參賽者只可選擇推薦一名導師或一間機構
    • 證書會隨參賽者一併寄出；
    • 必須於作品提交表格中同時填寫導師資料；
    • 如沒有填寫導師資料，則不獲頒發；
    • 截止日期後不設後補導師資料及補發奬項。

    Best Instructor Award

    • Instructors who introduce 10 or more candidates will receive a certificate.
    • Each candidate should only introduced by a instructor or an organization.
    • The certificate will be sent together with the participant’s certificate.
    • Instructors' information must be provided in the Entry Submission Form at the time of submission.
    • If instructors' information is not provided, the award will not be issued.
    • No late submissions of instructors' information or re-issuance of the award will be accepted after the deadline.

    機構/導師代2-4名或以上的參賽者報名，參賽作品須上載至Google雲端，並在Google 雲端內，選擇「取得檔案共用連結」，確保「連結共用設定」已轉為「已開啟」，複製連結，並將連結拼貼於以下表格內。

    Institutions/Instructors registering 2 to 4 participants must upload the entries to Google Drive. On Google Drive, select “Get shareable link”, ensure the link sharing setting is set to “Anyone with the link can view”, copy the link, and paste it into the form below.

    機構/導師代五名或以上的參賽者報名，參賽作品須上載至Google雲端，再提交連結至作品提交表格中，並在Google 雲端內，選擇「取得檔案共用連結」，確保「連結共用設定」已轉為「已開啟」，複製連結，並將連結拼貼於表格內。
