  • 報名流程

    1）選擇參賽項目及組別

    2) 支付報名費：Payme/Alipay/轉數快/銀行轉帳 ；

    3）在收據上/備註上，填上 「參賽者中英文全名、聯絡電話」，上傳到表格內；

    4）填妥此表格；

    5）報名後，請留意電子郵箱將會有確認電郵通知（如未收到請查看傳宣/垃圾郵箱）；

    *參賽者可同時參加多個項目

    *所有資料請核對清楚，如有任何因填寫錯誤，而未可把賽果、獎項等事宜，發送給參賽者，本會不會因此而負上責任。

     Application Method

    1) Please choose your item and group

    2) Fulfill payment (via PayMe/Alipay/FPS/bank transfer)

    3) Please put "both Chinese and English names of the applicant and the contact number" on the receipt or in the remarks, and upload it onto this application form.

    4) Complete this application form.

    5) A confirmation email will be sent to your mailbox. (Please check your spam/junk mail folder if not received)

    *Please double-check all personal information and payment details before submission. If the results of the competition or prizes cannot be delivered due to incorrect information provided by participants, the Association shall bear no responsibility.

    Individual Submission

  • 文武全才大獎 

    • 跨項挑戰： 參賽者須在同一季度內，同時參加「作文、朗誦、舞蹈」全部三個項目。
    • 卓越表現： 三個項目的個人得分均須達到 85 分或以上。
    • 獎勵： 除單項獎牌外，加頒 「2026 年度文武全才大獎」獎盃 及榮譽證書。

    Tri-Artistry Excellence Award

    • Multiple items: candidate must participate in all 3 items (writing, poetry, dancing) in a single season
    • outstanding performance: all 3 items must score on or above 85
    • reward: extra troohy and certificate will be rewarded

  • 傑出培訓獎

    • 任何機構或導師推薦十位或以上參賽者(不包括老師)，可獲證書乙張及獎盃乙個；
    • 每名參賽者只可選擇推薦一名導師或一間機構；
    • 資料一經提交，不可更改；
    • 每位獲獎機構或導師最多獲發一張證書，並連同得獎參賽者一同發放。

    Outstanding Organization Award

    • Any institution or instructor recommending ten or more participants (excluding teachers) will receive one certificate and one trophy;
    • Each participant can only choose to recommend one instructor or institution;
    • Once the data is submitted, it cannot be changed;
    • Each winning institution or instructor can receive a maximum of one certificate, which will be issued together with the winning participant.

  • 作品提交 Entry Submission

    作品檔案之文件名必須儲存為「組別編號_參賽者英文姓名_作品項目.jpg」

    File names of the entries should be saved in the following format "Division No._English Full Name_item.jpg".

    機構/導師代參賽者報名，參賽作品須上載至Google雲端，再提交連結至作品提交表格中，並在Google 雲端內，選擇「取得檔案共用連結」，確保「連結共用設定」已轉為「已開啟」，複製連結，並將連結拼貼於表格內。

    Institutions/Instructors registering five or more participants must upload the entries to Google Drive, then submit the links through the Entry Submission Form. On Google Drive, select “Get shareable link”, ensure the link sharing setting is set to “Anyone with the link can view”, copy the link, and paste it into the form.

    Institutions/Instructors may download the official form provided by our organizer to submit the entries. The link is as follows:
