  • 報名流程

    1）選擇您的參賽項目及誦材

    2) 付款(PayMe/支付寶/轉數快/銀行轉賬)-將[ SPEECH、參賽組別編號、參賽者姓名、聯絡電話 ]，如：[ SPEECH、C100、CHAN Tai Man、聯絡電話 ]，標註於收據背後或成功付款截圖上-上載收據證明截圖 

    3）上載參賽作品至YouTube或Google 雲端，取得連結

    1. YouTube 上載

            上載至 YouTube 並設為「不公開」，若影片於任何渠道發放及公開，本協會有權取消其參賽資格。

         2. Google 雲端上載

             上載至 Google 雲端，選擇「取得檔案共用連結」，確保「連結共用設定」已轉為 「已開啟」，複製連結，並將連結拼貼於表格內。

    4) 填妥此表格

    *參賽者可以同時參加三個不同語言組別的比賽

    *所有資料請核對清楚，如有任何因填寫錯誤，而未可把賽果、獎項等事宜，發送給參賽者，本會不會因此而負上責任。

     

    Application Method

    1) Choose Your Competition Division and Music Piece

    2) Make Payment (via PayMe / Alipay / FPS / Bank Transfer)

    Write the following information on the back of the receipt or on the payment screenshot:
    [SPEECH, Competition Group Code, Participant’s Name, Contact Number]
    Example: [SPEECH, C100, CHAN Tai Man, Contact Number]
    Upload a screenshot of your payment receipt as proof.

    3) Upload your entry to YouTube or Google Drive and obtain the link

         1. Upload to YouTube
            Upload your video to YouTube and set it to "Unlisted". If the video is distributed or made public through any channel, the association reserves the right to disqualify the entry.

         2. Upload to Google Drive

             Upload the file to Google Drive, choose "Get shareable link", ensure that the "Link sharing setting" is set to "On", copy the link, and paste it into the form.

    4) Complete this form

    *Participants may compete in three different language categories simultaneously.

    *Please double-check all information. The organizer will not be held responsible for any issues in delivering results, awards, or other matters due to incorrect information provided.

  • B ) 學校/機構/導師代參賽者報名

    獎項

    • 每組首三名將獲冠軍、亞軍及季軍，並獲頒發獎盃及證書乙個；
    • 若該組別參賽人數未滿五人，則該組別參賽者均以參賽者表現進行以下評級
    • 本協會將按成績頒發獎項如下：
    • 金奬 90分或以上 (奬牌及證書)
      銀獎 85 – 89分 (奬牌及證書)
      銅獎 80 – 84分 (奬牌及證書)

    傑出培訓獎

    • 任何機構或導師推薦五位或以上參賽者(不包括老師)，可獲證書乙張；
    • 任何機構或導師推薦十位或以上參賽者(不包括老師)，可獲獎盃乙個及證書乙張；
    • 每名參賽者只可選擇推薦一名導師或一間機構；
    • 資料一經提交，不可更改；
    • 每位獲獎機構或導師最多獲發一張證書，並連同得獎參賽者一同發放。

     

  • 學校/機構/導師代報名，團體報名表格須上載至Google雲端，在Google 雲端內，選擇「取得檔案共用連結」，確保「連結共用設定」已轉為「已開啟」，並於上載於下面「學校/機構/導師代報名表格上載」的格子內。

    機構可下載大會提供的團體報名表格提交有關作品，連結如下：

    School/institution/tutor Registration on Behalf of Participants

    For group registration, the form must be uploaded to Google Drive. In Google Drive, select “Get link”, and ensure that the link sharing setting is set to “Anyone with the link can view”. Then paste the link into the field below labeled "Upload Group Registration Form by School/Organization/Instructor".

    Organizations may download the official group registration form provided by the organizer to submit the relevant entries. The download link is as follows:
