報名流程
1）支付報名費：Payme/Alipay/轉數快/銀行轉帳 ；
2) 請將[PIANO、參賽組別編號、參賽者英文姓名、聯絡電話 ]標註於收據背後或成功付款截圖上；
3）填妥此表格；
4）請於2024年12月31日或之前將參賽作品上傳至以下提交連結；

*所有資料請核對清楚，如有任何因填寫錯誤，而未能將賽果、獎項等事宜，發送給參賽者，本會不會為此負上責任。
Enrolment
1) Pay the application fee through Payme/Alipay/FPS/bank transfer.
2) Please put “PIANO, Division No., English names of participants and contact number” on the receipt or in the remark, and upload it onto this application form.
3) Complete this application form.
4) Upload the video link(s) to the following submission form on or before 31 December 2024.
