BEAM Plus Final Appeal Application Form
BEAM Plus project applicants can submit a Final Appeal to HKGBC if they are dissatisfied with the results of the First Appeal. The Final Appeal will be handled by the Hong Kong Green Building Council. The decision of the Final Appeal Panel shall be final.

Terms and Conditions

1. The Appeal Application should be submitted within 30 calendar days after the issue of the Results of First Appeal by BSL.

2. Upon receiving the Final Appeal application and the Appeal Fee, HKGBC will appoint a Final Appeal Panel to reveal the appeal application. The results of the Final Appeal will be issued within 90 calendar days after the formation of the Panel.

3. HKGBC may decline the application if the Applicant is unable to provide adequate and requested information.

4. The Final Appeal Panel may request the Applicant to provide supplementary information and the Applicant shall comply with such request.

5. The decision of the Final Appeal Panel shall be final.
