Application form of Green Taxonomy Alignment Report Service for Proposed New Buildings / Renovation of Existing Buildings

HKGBC is pleased to offer a “Green Taxonomy Alignment Report Service” to enable concerned parties, such as banks and building owners, to obtain a report on whether a proposed construction / renovation project meets the criteria in the Hong Kong Taxonomy for Sustainable Finance issued by the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA).

Under the HKMA requirements, a project may demonstrate compliance by either BEAM Plus or Zero-Carbon-Ready Building Certification (ZCRB) scheme.

HKGBC can facilitate project owners to obtain green finance through the use of “Provisional” assessment results, before the actual construction/renovation works are executed.
