    所有成功報名之跑手需於比賽日前三日(即2023年2月9日至11日)於香港維多利亞公園領取跑手包。
    All successful registered runners are required to collect the Runner's Pack in Victoria Park (Hong Kong) three days before Race Day, i.e. 9-11 February 2023.  

     

    請於2023年2月11日下午2時正或之前完成此 (1)預約領取跑手包表格 及 (2)運動員健康狀況表格及建議,以預約領取跑手包時段。
    Please complete this (1) Runner's Pack Collection Reservation Form and (2) Health Conditions Form and Recommendations for Runners to reserve your Runner's Pack Collection timeslot on or before 11 February 2023 2pm.

     

    跑手應根據已預約之時段前往香港維多利亞公園領取跑手包。跑手於進入跑手包領取場地前,需出示網上預約領取跑手包之確認電郵予大會工作人員。
    Runners are required to arrive at Victoria Park (Hong Kong) at their reserved Runner's Pack Collection timeslot and present the Confirmation Email of the Runner's Pack Collection online reservation to our staff before entering the Runner's Pack Collection venue.

    Note

    1. 跑手已預約之時段將不能更改。
    Please be advised that NO changes to the reserved timeslot are allowed.
    2. 如最終參賽者未能出席已預約之時段,可申請授權他人代領,詳情可細閱網上預約領取跑手包之確認電郵。
    If runner could not attend the reserved timeslot, runner can authorise a representative to collect the Runner’s Pack on your behalf. For details, please refer to the Confirmation Email of the Runner’s Pack Collection online reservation.
    3. 大會不會於比賽當日[即2023年2月12日(星期日)] 派發任何跑手包。
    Runner’s Packs will not be distributed on Race Day [12 February 2023 (Sunday)].

    All runners take part in the 25th Standard Chartered Hong Kong Marathon on 12 February 2023 (SCHKM), please read the questions below and answer each of them honestly. Common sense is your best guide when you answer these questions.

  • 2. 如果你的答案是一條或以上答「是」,你的身體狀況可能不適合參與渣打香港馬拉松。
        If you answered YES to one or more questions, your physical condition may not be suitable for taking part in the SCHKM.

    在開始參與渣打香港馬拉松之前強烈建議你先致電或親身與醫生商談,告知醫生這份問卷,以及你回答「是」的問題。告訴醫生你希望參加的活動及聽從他的意見。
    It is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED that you talk with your doctor by phone or in person BEFORE you take part in the SCHKM. Tell your doctor about the questions you answered YES and follow his/her advice.

    你應該只有在醫生建議的身體狀況適合下參與渣打香港馬拉松。
    You should only take part if your doctor advises you that you can do so without risk.

  • 3. 安全建議 Recommendations

    你應了解渣打香港馬拉松各項目賽事(包括10公里、半馬拉松和馬拉松)都是考驗耐力的運動,你應在充分的準備下參與賽事。如果你發現比賽期間身體出現任何異常症狀,例如:胸口痛、頭暈、嚴重噁心、異常呼吸短促、跑姿改變、神志不清和迷失方向,你應該立即停止賽事並即場尋求醫療協助。你可能覺得完成比賽更重要,但你應該優先考慮你的健康。

    You should appreciate that taking part in any of the races of the SCHKM (10km, half marathon and the full marathon) is a strenuous exercise and that you should only run on the day if you have been adequately prepared. If you become aware of any unusual symptoms that may develop during the race, e.g.: Chest pain, dizziness, severe nausea, unusual shortness of breath, change in your running style, confusion and disorientation, you should stop running and seek medical attention immediately. Although you may feel it is more important to finish the race, it is your health that should always take priority.
