VENDOR INSTRUCTIONS - Please read before submitting your Application!
Booth spaces are 10’x10’ and 20'x10'. Booth Rental includes space only. Vendors must provide all tents, tables, displays, power cords, etc. needed to set up display. Sites with electricity are available in the Pavement Area and spaces are limited!
All booths are subject to approval by event staff. A detailed description and/or photograph of the types of items to be sold must be submitted to event staff for approval. This can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- No animals will be allowed on the premises without prior notification and consent from event personnel, with the exception of service animals.
- Vendors may arrive to set up FRIDAY - any time after 9 AM and no later than 4:30 PM. All food trucks and booths should be set up by 5 PM.
