  • MODEL RELEASE (please agree if you are OK with us sharing your images publicly. This is NOT mandatory for you to shoot with us. We are happy to provide private images as well) : I have read and agree to the following statement: I commission Alchemy of Her Photography, the photographer, to photograph myself and/or any other models needed for photoshoot whether they are provided by myself or Alchemy of Her Photography . I hereby grant and understand that Alchemy of Her Photography may use my images (but not limited too) social media/advertisement etc., and there will be no compensation to the above.*
  • COPYRIGHT & POLICIES: As a client of Alchemy of Her Photography , I acknowledge and understand that the images taken by Alchemy of Her Photography, said PHOTOGRAPHER; are protected by Federal Copyright Laws. I understand it is ILLEGAL to scan, screenshot, copy, print or reproduce without PHOTOGRAPHER's permission, and violators of this Federal Law will be subject to its civil and criminal penalties. A limited PRINT RELEASE is supplied with the purchase of my session, along with high resolution digital files. I understand the limited print release does not allow publication from chain labs (Shutterfly, Walgreens, Walmart, Target, Snapfish, etc.), selling, screenshots or altering images in any manner. Reproduction does include, downloading, saving to hard-drive, posting on personal websites/blogs/social media only with photographer acknowledgment and printing from said printers. By choosing "I Agree" I will honor the above statement.*
  • PORTRAIT SESSION AGREEMENT & POLICIES: I understand that my session is not confirmed until the retainer is paid. Weather cancellations will be made at the photographers discretions. Tardiness of my session will not delay my session. My session will remain within the scheduled time frame. If I need to reschedule I will give contact prior to 48 hours notice of said reserved session date, otherwise I forfeit transfer of my retainer for a new session date. I will do best to reschedule my session within 2 weeks of original session date. I cannot always guarantee an available date two weeks out but will try my best to accommodate photographers schedule.*
  • PHOTO SESSION RETAINER & SESSION PAYMENT AGREEMENT & POLICIES: I have read and agree to the following statement: I understand that my session is not confirmed until a non-refundable retainer of 50% of the total session price is paid to Alchemy of Her Photography. Retainer will be invoiced directly to your email via square payments. When I "submit" this form I understand I will be emailed an invoice within 48 hours. I understand that my remaining session balance is due at the time of my session. Should the remaining/final balance not be paid my session will be rescheduled ONCE. If remaining balance is not paid by my reschedule date I understand my retainer is forfeited. By choosing "I Agree" I understand and agree to the terms and conditions set forth by Alchemy of Her PHOTOGRAPHY as stated.
