“Real Talk” will be a 10-week free youth program for male participants aged: 12-19 that reside in Richmond, VA. We will focus on real conversations about real experiences in order to produce real solutions. We will provide a safe, culturally informed, and holistic space for youth to discuss ongoing violence that they experience in their community, while providing them with functional and relatable skills to respond to these stressors.

We have built a youth program focused on holistic wellness, emotional intelligence, decision making, entrepreneurship, conflict management, community engagement, and more. We will be directly addressing youth violence intervention and prevention through this holistic framework.
