- By applying to and participating in the Hollie’s Boutique Brand Ambassador Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility
Ambassadors must be at least 18 years old, reside in the United States, and maintain an active social media presence on Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook.
All ambassadors must uphold the values and image of Hollie's Boutique. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the program.
2. Content Requirements
Ambassadors are required to create and publish 2 unique pieces of content per week, including at least one Reel or short-form video.
Content should feature Hollie's Boutique merchandise and reflect your authentic style while aligning with our fun, feminine, and fashion-forward brand.
Important Posting Guidelines:
- Ambassadors must create 2 different pieces of content each week. Posting the same content on multiple platforms counts as ONE piece of content.
- Each posting week runs from Monday through Sunday. Ambassadors must complete and publish their 2 unique pieces of approved content within that timeframe.
- Content should be shared on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Ambassadors must tag the Hollie's Boutique social media accounts for Hollie's Boutique to verify completed posts.
- Ambassadors agree to provide original photos and videos without watermarks for use by Hollie's Boutique.
- All content featuring Hollie's Boutique must be submitted for review and approval before being published. Ambassadors are required to send draft photos or videos at least 24 hours before their planned posting date. Hollie's Boutique may request reasonable edits to ensure content aligns with our brand and promotional guidelines. Content may only be published once approval has been received. This requirement applies to both the minimum weekly posts and any additional promotional content.
- All posts must include: A clear mention of Hollie’s Boutique, your personal referral code and proper partnership disclosure (e.g., #sponsored, #ad, or a clear statement such as ‘Paid partnership with Hollie's Boutique,’). This is in place to protect influencers and businesses from legal issues.

3. Compensation
Ambassadors will earn $50 per week for completing a minimum of 2 unique posts per week, plus 10% commission on qualifying purchases made using their personal referral code. We encourage ambassadors to share their Hollie's Boutique items as often as they'd like! The more you share, the more opportunities you have to drive sales and earn additional commission! Weekly compensation is earned upon completion of all required posts and is paid once per month, during the first week of the following month, along with all earned commissions.
Monthly Compensation Requirements:
- Weekly compensation of $50 is earned only when all agreed-upon posting requirements for that week are completed.
- Additional posts do not increase the $50 weekly flat rate but provide more opportunities to earn commission.
- Ambassadors must complete 2 unique content pieces per week and follow all tagging, disclosure, and content submission requirements.
- Missing or incomplete posting requirements may result in unpaid weeks or termination of the partnership. Any compensation already earned for completed and accepted work will remain payable.
- Compensation is paid once per month, during the first week of the following month. Commissions will be paid with the monthly payment.
- Earned commissions are calculated on qualifying net sales, excluding taxes, shipping, refunds, canceled orders, and returned merchandise.
- Hollie's Boutique reserves the right to verify completed content and qualifying sales before issuing payment.
4. Complimentary Merchandise
Hollie's Boutique will provide selected merchandise for ambassadors to feature in their content.
- All complimentary merchandise is selected exclusively by Hollie's Boutique.
- The number, type, and retail value of items may vary.
- Merchandise is provided for promotional content creation.
- All merchandise provided to ambassadors is theirs to keep.
Hollie's Boutique determines merchandise selections based on current promotional needs and inventory availability.
5. Content Ownership & Usage
By participating in the program, you grant Hollie’s Boutique permission to use, repost, or share your content across our marketing platforms including social media, email, website and advertising. You retain ownership of your content, but agree to its use by the brand without additional compensation.
6. Brand Alignment
Ambassadors are expected to represent Hollie’s Boutique in a respectful and appropriate manner. Content must be family-friendly, non-political, and free from offensive language or imagery. Hollie’s Boutique reserves the right to remove ambassadors who no longer align with our values or brand image.
7. Inactivity or Missed Weeks
If you are unable to meet your posting commitment for any given week, you must notify Hollie's Boutique in advance by emailing info@holliesboutique.com. Arrangements may include skipping the week (unpaid), adjusting the posting schedule with prior approval, or temporarily pausing the partnership. Any changes must be approved by Hollie's Boutique. Missed posting requirements may result in unpaid weeks or termination of the partnership.
8. Termination
Participation in the program is at the discretion of Hollie’s Boutique and all ambassadors. This partnership may be ended at any time by either party with notice. Failure to meet content requirements or uphold brand standards may result in termination of the partnership. Any previously earned compensation and qualifying commissions will be paid according to the program's payment schedule.
All new ambassadors begin with a 30-day trial period. At the end of the trial, Hollie's Boutique will review content quality, posting consistency, engagement, and sales performance to determine whether to continue the partnership.
9. Independent Contractor Status
As a Brand Ambassador, you are an independent contractor, not an employee of Hollie's Boutique. You are responsible for filing your own taxes and reporting income earned through this partnership.
10. Agreement
By submitting your application and participating in the program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
