Facility Fee:

$25 Facility Fee (FF) per contestant (1 per family). A contestant = a soloist or team member.

Rules/Judging/etc:

NBTA International, Inc. rules apply. The judges’ decisions are final.
All contestants, parents, and spectators should conduct themselves in a sportsmanlike manner at all times.
Video taping only of your own student/child. No flash photography.
No cooking on school grounds or outside food per order of school rules.
Parents are responsible for any damage to the school building or grounds.
Contest director, staff, and School/Town are not responsible for loss, accidents, or injury.
Contestants must be at lane assignment or face disqualification without refund.
$35 returned check fee

Refunds:

NO Refunds
The contest directors reserve the right to reschedule/cancel competition due to extreme weather conditions, Holyoke High School weather policies, and/or other extenuating circumstances. In the case of such an event, entries will be credited to rescheduled event and will not be refunded. The contest directors are not responsible for outside costs related to contest reschedule/cancellation including, but not limited to, travel, lodging, etc.

Entries must be recived no later than 11:59pm on 10/17/26. Mailed Payments must be postmarked no later than October 19, 2026.
Preferred Method of Payment: All fees must be paid via Check, Bank Check, or Money Order.

In order for the Contest Directors ("Directors") to accept the entry of the undersigned for the November 21, 2026 Holly Jolly Holiday Classic Twirling Competition ("November 21st Contest"), I, the undersigned, hereby release the Directors from any and all liability for any action or failure to act in connection with the Directors' sponsorship, management, administration, and supervision of the November 21st Contest. In further consideration of acceptance of this entry, the undersigned hereby agrees to indemnify and hold Directors harmless from any and all liability in connection therewith. The undersigned further consents to the photography and/or filming of performances at the November 21st Contest and hereby grants the Directors, their successors and assigns, unlimited rights to the use of such photographs and/or film. Further the undersigned agrees to all contest policies and rules set out in the brochure/entry form and absolves the directors, staff, building owner, and university, from any and all obligations and liabilities arising from this November 21st Contest.

I represent that I am the parent/guardian of the entering athlete, a minor under 18 years of age, and in order for the Contest Directors ("Directors") to accept the entry of said athlete, I, on behalf of the minor athlete and myself individually, hereby release the November 21, 2026 Holly Jolly Holiday Classic Twirling Competition ("November 21st Contest") Contest Directors from any and all liability for any action or failure to act in connection with the Contest Directors’ sponsorship, management, administration, and supervision of November 21st Contest. I further agree to indemnify and hold Contest Directors harmless from any and all liability in connection therewith. In the event that my minor athlete should bring any action against the Contest Directors, I agree to indemnify and hold such directors free of any liability and agree to be responsible for any attorney’s fees or costs which the parties might incur in the connection with their defense of any claim brought by said minor athlete and his/her duly appointed guardian. In addition, I consent to the photography and/or filming of performances at the November 21st Contest of my minor athlete and hereby grant the Contest Directors, their successors and assigns, unlimited rights to the use of such photographs and/or film. Further I agree to all contest policies and rules set out in the brochure/entry form and absolve the directors, staff, building owner, and university, from any and all obligations and liabilities arising from this November 21st Contest.

I am 18+ years of age, or the parent/guardian of the contestant/athlete, and I agree to all policies listed in the brochure/entry and fully absolve the directors, staff, and/or school from any and all obligations arising from this contest.
