Community impact & safety — Describe one concrete way you will use your chair/salon to uplift others (e.g., mentorship nights, back-to-school cuts, resource board, awareness event). Include how you’ll measure success.

Education & career plan — School/program, anticipated completion/licensing timeline, and next steps to build your clientele/career.

Financial need & use of funds — Briefly explain the barrier(s) this scholarship removes and include a mini-budget (2–4 lines).

Character & professionalism — Examples of reliability, service, ethics, and teamwork/leadership.
