For residential exterior window cleaning, you don’t need to be home as long as the screens are unlocked. An invoice will be sent after the service.
Choose a day of the month, and we’ll come out within 7 days of that day each month for your scheduled service.(Example: If you choose the 15th, we’ll clean between the 15th–22nd every month.) Weather permitting*

Home Base Window Cleaning agrees to provide monthly window cleaning services at the address listed above. Services will include:

Interior & exterior or just exterior window cleaning up to 12 windows (selected above)
Light frame and sill wipe-down
Rain and weather rescheduling as needed
Additional services (blinds, screens, storm windows, etc.) are available upon request and may be billed separately.

After filling out the initial form for your commercial quote, we’ll provide a quote. Once approved, we’ll schedule your service. An invoice will be sent to the email used on the form after each service, or we can keep a card on file and charge it after each visit if you prefer.
💲 Pricing & Billing
Service prices are confirmed before work begins.

If payment isn’t collected at the end of your service, an invoice will be sent after each visit. We accept card, check, or cash. For convenience, you may choose to keep a card on file to be charged automatically after each service.

Payment is due within 7 days of billing.
❌ Cancellation Policy
This agreement may be canceled at any time by either party with 7 days notice. Services rendered prior to cancellation will be billed at the standard rate.

This service is intended for ongoing maintenance. For one-time cleanings, please request a separate quote.

If you are not satisfied with any service, please notify us within 48 hours. We will return at no additional charge to correct the issue.
