Welcome to Hope Rising Music Academy!

We are excited to offer Christ-centered choral and folk-instrument classes for families in the Newaygo County area. Class sizes are limited, so early registration is encouraged.

Please complete one registration form per student. A $10 Student Registration Fee is required for each student registering for the upcoming semester.

After submitting this form, we will contact you by email to confirm class placement and tuition invoicing. Tuition and fees must be paid by online payment or check only. We are no longer able to accept cash payments.

Before completing this form, families are required to review the Hope Rising Music Academy Registration Packet. This packet explains how the academy is structured, including class expectations, scheduling, tuition, attendance, and program policies.

Registration Packet – Key Highlights
- Schedule & Attendance: Classes meet on Monday afternoons. Consistent attendance and punctuality are expected.
- Class Placement: Instrument levels and ensembles are assigned by instructors. Advancement (including Fiddle, Guitar, Banjo, Instrument Small Group, and Vocal Ensemble) is by teacher recommendation only.
- Tuition & Payment: Registration does not collect tuition payment. After registering, an invoice will be emailed within 2–4 weeks. Enrollment is finalized once payment is received or an approved payment plan is arranged.
- Registration Fee: A $10 non-refundable Student Registration Fee is required per student each semester. Payments may be made by check or electronic payment only; cash is no longer accepted. A $25 monthly late fee will be added for each late payment.
- Student Expectations: Students are expected to practice at home, participate in concerts, and show respect toward instructors, peers, and the facility.
- Parent Responsibilities: Parents are responsible for supervision outside class times and staying informed through academy communications.
Parent/Guardian Permissions
Hope Rising Music Academy may take photos and videos during classes, rehearsals, and performances. These may be used in printed materials, promotional content, social media, newsletters, the website, concert programs, and other ministry-related communication.Images will be used respectfully, and personal identifying information will not be shared without permission.
By submitting this form: I give permission for my child to participate in all Hope Rising Music Academy classes and performances for the semester.
In case of emergency, I authorize Hope Rising staff to seek necessary medical care for my child.
I understand a student registration fee is required and is non-refundable for registering my student for the upcoming semester. This fee is paid once per semester and helps support registration, communication, and administrative costs.
