BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
All volunteers must be 16 years of age and older. "If a volunteer is under the age of 18, there must be an adult chaperone present."
Must be flexible, patient, open-minded, and have a willingness to learn

HOW DO I BECOME A VOLUNTEER
In order to volunteer at Horizons, we require all interested applicants to complete this form. Upon submission, please allow two weeks for us to review your information. During this time, we may contact you by phone call if we would like any additional information and screening.
*Applications will be accepted on a ROLLING and AS-NEEDED BASIS.*
