Use this form to donate an item to the 2025 Silent & Live Auction Benefit.
You may submit ONE unique item per form - unless you have multiple identical items - then please list the number of identical items you are donating. If you are donating multiple items that are different, please submit one form per item.

DONATIONS ITEMS CAN BE SUBMITTED ON THIS FORM UNTIL:
FRIDAY, DECEMBER 5, 2025
PHYSICAL DONATIONS MUST ARRIVE AT THE RPC BY NO LATER THAN:
FRIDAY, DECEMBER 5, 2025
Please note that you are responsible for delivering your physical item to the RPC, and any associated shipping costs must be covered by you.
If you are donating a Voucher/Service, please provide all the details, and we will create a certificate that the purchaser will use to redeem (or you can submit your own!).
If you have more than one item to donate, you will need to fill out a form for each. There will be a link at the end to fill the form again.
If you have a number of similar, small items to donate, please consider combining them into a gift set.
