• HOT LUNCH ORDER FORM

    Hot Dogs and Smoothies for the month of October

  • You may place an order for up to FOUR students per form. Please send payment to onowayparentsfundraising@gmail.com and include your child(ren)'s name(s) in the notes section of your payment. Both the order form and payment must be submitted by 5:00 PM on September 17, 2025.

    Onoway Elementary School does not accept cash payments for hot lunch orders. In accordance with Alberta food regulations, unclaimed food items cannot be stored for later consumption. If your child is absent on the day of hot dogs or smoothies, their order will be entered into a classroom draw, giving another student who did not order the opportunity to enjoy it.     (This is a K1 day) $2.00 ea.

  • HOT DOG - October 7
    (This is a K2/K3 day) $2.00 ea.

  • SMOOTHIE - October 15
    (This is a K1 day) $2.00 ea.

  • SMOOTHIE - October 21
    (This is a K2/K3 day) $2.00 ea.

    Reminder: 2M/2S/4F/6R have swimming lessons this day.

  • HOT DOG - October 29
    (This is a K1 day) $2.00 ea.

  • Does your child(ren) have a birthday in September or October? 
    If yes, they are eligible for a FREE Hot Dog OR Smoothie during the month of October.  Please indicate which day they would like to redeem their free item.  Happy Birthday!

    (P.S. If your child(ren) has a birthday over the summer months, don't worry their time is coming!)

  • Please remember to tally your total: $2.00 per smoothie and hot dog. Thank you for your support!
